This section focuses on detailed review of few unique or important programs that captures the background, process, outcomes, successes, failures and lessons learned. The case study may include either qualitative or quantitative data or both. It also provides an opportunity to explore some software projects in depth using real scenarios that focus on a specific issue, topic or problem. It is used primarily to strengthen knowledge and problem-solving and technical decision-making skills of Smile's team.
